Although I only had the opportunity to work with Bhrigu for a short time, it was clear from the start that he has what it takes to succeed in this industry. He is confident, takes initiative, brings a terrific attitude and is always willing to jump in, learn and try something new. He also has a natural ability to build relationships and connect with people. What stood out most was his ability to think strategically - something that often develops with time and experience, but was evident in Bhrigu from the start. He is driven, curious and genuinely committed to becoming better at a profession he clearly loves. Bhrigu would be a tremendous asset to any team, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Even in the initial interview process I had with Bhrigu, it was inherently evident that Bhrigu was a proven leader amongst his peers. He is hungry for opportunities and is not afraid to take on more tasks. A prime example was asking to take the lead in managing our social media coverage of all NCSAC events. In doing so, he brought a crucial student perspective to the stories told through our social media channels. Modern-day storytelling is done through so many different methods, and it is quite clear through the work Bhrigu did for NCSAC that he is truly passionate about this art.  It was an absolute pleasure, as a manager, to witness every time he came to work

My associates and I have had the pleasure of knowing Bhrigu since he began working as a Student Assistant for Niagara College Canada International Division in April 2023. I am pleased to say that he has had a great impact on student life. He has always been professional and courteous when dealing with co-workers and students. During both quiet and busy times in the international office, Bhrigu demonstrated to us his ability to be independent, follow directions, as well as his ability to work as a team player.

As the executive advisor, he was responsible for the entire operations of Team USA, day-to-day communications and media outreach of our tournament as well. He fulfilled his role with due diligence and was well organised in the tasks assigned to him and the reportage pertaining to it.

I have no hesitation in corroborating that Mr. Bagga is a meticulous, hardworking and very sincere individual, who has been instrumental in developing some of the most exceptional, academic and socially relevant projects at our university.
